Simple Motor Controls
Minarik Value-Added Services produces a wide variety of motor control solutions for applications varying from small end-user projects to OEM equipment builders. Figure (DSCF0034) illustrates a DC motor control housed in a splash-proof non-metallic enclosure. Used for life testing of flexible metal parts, the control displays motor speed and distance and shuts off automatically at the end of a million-cycle test. Figure (DCP_1358) displays an AC motor/clutch conveyor control that feeds parts to a photo sensor. It features a handheld speed control pendant and is pre-wired for attachment to the clutch, sensor, and external controls.
